Installation of Rooftop Units
New 500,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility’s roof top units set utilizing a 550 ton crane configured with 148′ of main boom and 240′ of luffing jib.
A total of (45) Heating, Ventilation and Cooling Units were set.
(80) Sections with and average weight of 5,500lbs
Utilized (3) Day Lift Plan with three Crane Set-ups

Everyone was very pleased and impressed by the quality and dedication shown during the shutdown. Sorry it had to be pushed over the holidays, but everyone came through with flying colors. Thanks again for the tremendous effort.

Calpine Broad River Energy Center Storm Pond Modification
Calpine contracted Keystone Constructors to build a new storm pond outfall structure that would help them contain any spills to the site and prevent them from getting to the Broad River. The team faced numerous challenges, which included scorching temperatures of 95+ degrees for almost the entire length of the project. There was also the challenge of getting the prefabricated sections to the site which was down a steep and narrow embankment. The team did an excellent job of constructing the structure while maintaining the environmental surroundings and working in a safe manner at all times. The project went off without a hitch and considering the obstacles faced it was a great team effort by Keystone!

Thank you for the delivery and labor today for the 2 new platform spacers. Everything was there as quoted and Bobby & Jeffrey were very cooperative to work with. We take “Safety” very seriously here and they were very willing to follow by the rules and all working activities were done safely.
